Service Delivery Policy

Effective Date: October 27, 2026 | Last Updated: October 27, 2026

SECTION 01/STANDARD PROTOCOL

1. Consulting Scope & Delivery Framework

This Service Delivery Policy specifies the standard operational protocols, delivery formats, and governance mechanisms employed by Cisco Systems International LLC in delivering software architecture and technical advisory services. All engagements follow our deterministic, six-stage engineering delivery pipeline designed to ensure structural clarity, rigorous documentation, and seamless handover to client development teams.
SECTION 02/STANDARD PROTOCOL

2. Engagement Onboarding & Project Kickoff

Engagements formally commence following contract execution and settlement of required initial deposits or package fees. Within two (2) business days of execution, our practice conducts an administrative onboarding sequence: establishing secure communication channels, executing bilateral NDAs, confirming stakeholder meeting calendars, and issuing the Stage 01 Discovery questionnaire.
SECTION 03/STANDARD PROTOCOL

3. Stages & Deliverable Milestones

Delivery proceeds sequentially through our six defined stages: (1) Discovery, (2) Technical Assessment, (3) Architecture Design, (4) Integration Planning, (5) Documentation, and (6) Implementation Roadmap. Progression from one stage to the next requires written confirmation of completion. Deliverables are submitted electronically to designated client technical leads.
SECTION 04/STANDARD PROTOCOL

4. Delivery Formats & Technical Handover

All architectural assets are produced using standardized, version-controlled engineering formats: (a) Visual Architecture Blueprints: Vector PDF, SVG, and editable Draw.io / Lucidchart diagrams; (b) API Specifications: OpenAPI 3.0 / Swagger-compliant JSON and YAML schemas; (c) Architectural Decisions: Structured Markdown Architectural Decision Records (ADRs); (d) Infrastructure Schematics: Declarative configuration scripts (Terraform / CloudFormation) and network CIDR mapping spreadsheets.
VISUAL & SCHEMATICS
Vector PDF, clean SVG, editable Draw.io & Lucidchart files
API & CONTRACTS
OpenAPI 3.0 / Swagger YAML/JSON schemas & ADR Markdown
SECTION 05/STANDARD PROTOCOL

5. Client Responsibilities & Operational Dependencies

Timely delivery relies on proactive client cooperation. Clients must: (a) Designate a primary technical authority empowered to make architecture and scope decisions; (b) Furnish timely access to existing documentation, legacy schemas, and third-party integration contracts; (c) Attend scheduled discovery and debrief review meetings; (d) Complete formal deliverable reviews within the contractual five-day review window.
TIMELINE:
Deliverables submitted for formal milestone acceptance require client technical feedback within the standard five (5) business day review window.
SECTION 06/STANDARD PROTOCOL

6. Scope Variations & Change Management

Any modification, expansion, or addition to the agreed-upon technical architecture scope specified in an initial package or Scope of Work must be documented in a written Change Request. Change Requests will outline the anticipated impact on engineering delivery timelines and any associated fee adjustments. Work on proposed variations commences only upon mutual execution of the Change Request.
SECTION 07/STANDARD PROTOCOL

7. Communication & Confidentiality Protocols

Official consultative communications, milestone transmissions, and formal notices must be conducted via verified corporate email channels (CiscoSystemsInternational@proton.me) or scheduled secure video conferences. In alignment with our strict confidentiality mandates, all proprietary client schemas and communications are treated with strict professional secrecy and encrypted in transit and at rest.
