Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy Overview & Payments
Cisco Systems International LLC provides customized, expert-level technical architecture and software infrastructure consulting services. Because our services involve dedicated senior engineering allocation and immediate technical resource scheduling, all consulting engagements and fee payments are subject to the milestone-based cancellation and refund standards set forth in this Policy.
2. Cancellation Prior to Engagement Initiation
A client may cancel an engagement at any time prior to the formal initiation of Stage 01 Discovery. To qualify for a full cancellation and refund, written notification must be received by the Company at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled Discovery kickoff date. In such instances, the Company will issue a refund of 100% of prepaid fees, less a standard $150 administrative intake and setup fee.
3. Cancellation After Engagement Commencement
Once Stage 01 Discovery has commenced, refunds are determined on a pro-rata basis corresponding strictly to uninitiated project stages. For phased consulting engagements, completed stages and delivered technical blueprints are entirely non-refundable. If an engagement is terminated mid-phase, the client remains liable for all work performed up to the termination date at the Company's standard hourly rate ($200/hour) or the agreed milestone fraction, whichever is less.
4. Refund Conditions per Advisory Package
(a) Architecture Assessment ($500): Cancellable prior to initial technical interview for full refund less setup fee; non-refundable once architectural audit session or codebase review has commenced. (b) Technical Architecture Blueprint ($1,500): Eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled following Stage 01 Discovery and prior to commencement of Stage 03 Architecture Design; non-refundable once draft component schemas are produced. (c) FinTech Product Architecture ($3,000) & Complete Enterprise Architecture ($5,000): Governed strictly by formal milestone acceptance sign-offs; uncommenced stages will be refunded pro-rata upon mutual written termination.
5. Formal Submission Process for Refund Requests
To request a cancellation or refund, the client must submit a formal written notice titled "Notice of Cancellation & Refund Request" to CiscoSystemsInternational@proton.me. The request must include: (a) Corporate client legal name; (b) Primary contact coordinates; (c) Applicable invoice/contract reference number; (d) Factual grounds for cancellation. Our governance team will evaluate the request, compute completed milestone work, and issue a written determination within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be remitted to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
6. Deliverables & Intellectual Property Post-Cancellation
In the event of cancellation and partial or full refund, the client shall retain ownership only of deliverables that have been fully completed, formally accepted, and fully paid for. Any draft blueprints, preliminary system schematics, or unreleased architecture documents for which fees were refunded remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cisco Systems International LLC, and the client receives no license, right, or title to utilize, deploy, or implement such draft designs.
